HOME BUYERS BEWARE...
DON’T LEAVE UNCLAIMED DOLLARS BEHIND!!

RESIDENTIAL REBATES: FREE MONEY that Home Buyers literally forfeit (unknowingly) during the home buying process!!
WHAT???
We’ve all heard the saying, “It’s a Buyer’s Market.” Given the fact that the market indeed belongs to the Buyer, then so should a portion of the Realtor’s commission check, which results when the Buyer purchases a new home from a Home Builder of his or her choice.
ResidentialRebates Realtors, unlike traditional agents, share the majority of their commission with you - The Buyer - because it is indeed a Buyer’s market…Realtors simply help the home buying process along, while serving as your representative during the transaction.
ResidentialRebates is empowered to help you because we’ve enlisted Realtors that are ready, willing and able to work for you and will put it in writing to prove it. If you are in the market to buy a newly constructed or inventory home, let us show you how we can potentially line your pockets with $10,000 - without costing you anything or adding to the price of your new home!! Contact 1-877-RBATES-1, email us at info@ResidentialRebates.com or click here to provide us with your contact information and we'll explain how we can ensure that you DON’T leave money behind!
WHY???
Given that we live in the Information Age, knowledge is basically free and the cost of doing business is becoming progressively cheaper. Alternatively, the lack of knowledge could be quite costly…to the tune of $5,000 on a $250,000 home purchase!!

Competitive real estate agencies realize this fact and recognize that today’s Buyer is more educated, given the vast wealth of information at her or his disposal.
Additionally, ResidentialRebates embraces the notion that the consumer doesn’t want to be hassled into buying anything and that most customers are able to locate residential property on their own time and at their own pace, all while using their own gas to do so.
As such, it’s a no-brainer that we share the majority of our commissions, when you come to us for assistance!

WHEN???
Property transactions can close relatively quickly in the current marketplace...oftentimes, within 2-4 weeks! Today, given that practically everyone has access to the World Wide Web, Home Buyers are much smarter than their counterparts of yesterday, as they’ve got a huge amount of information thrown at them. Also, Home Buyers can pretty much purchase a new home for the same price as a resale or older home in some markets. With proper research and due diligence, Home Buyers can practically learn everything there is to know about a Home Builder's inventories: asking prices, square footage, take virtual tours and gather a host of other property specifics, without leaving the comfort of their Home.

Because the Buyer is capable of doing a great deal of the preliminary legwork (i.e. researching the property, driving out to communities, etc.) during the shopping process, ResidentialRebates Realtors are happy to pass the majority of their commissions (in the form of Rebates) onto our Buyers. The Home Buyer will receive a Rebate at closing (to apply towards closing costs).
Myth:
The real estate agent is compensated by the Home Buyer and the price of the Home Buyer's property is increased to accommodate the Realtor’s commission.
Truth:
An agent is NOT compensated by the Home Buyer(s). In fact, using a Realtor DOES NOT cost the Home Buyer anything. Actually, the Builder or Home Seller is responsible for the commission in the sales transaction. To sell any Home, the Builder/Seller allocates an amount, typically 6%, which is reserved as a sales expense (the cost of doing business), in order to move any property. Of the 6%, 3% is provided to the listing agent (represents the interests of the Builder/Seller) and 3% goes to the Buyer’s agent.
Mistake:
The average Buyer goes into the Home Builder’s office blindly without employing a real estate agent and completes their home purchase, leaving money behind and allowing the Home Builder to pocket the entire commission, which the Builder would have gladly given away. Even if the Builder offers incentives or upgrades, The Buyer can still employ an agent to receive options and Rebates from the Builder, (the latter, by way of the Buyer's agent). Don’t be an AVERAGE HOME BUYER…let ResidentialRebates ensure that you get YOUR FREE REBATE and what you are due!!
