Our Cheerful Giver Bonus+

God loves a cheerful giver...one of our universal beliefs at ResidentialRebates is that a person is expected to give (and freely give), in order to receive.  As a result, our organization fundamentally exists to financially empower (through giving) those that truly wish to own a Home.  Additionally, we believe that Home ownership is an assured step in the right direction to realizing added wealth in today’s society.

As if our generous Rebate System were not enough, ResidentialRebates will also "Sweeten" our offer, by gifting our clients an added Bonus for allowing us the opportunity to assist them! Following the completion of each of our customer’s real estate transactions, ResidentialRebates will faithfully & cheerfully donate 10% of its share of the commission split (not from the Buyer’s portion) to the Buyer’s church, non-profit or social organization, in efforts to support said organization's social service goals and/or fundraisers (i.e. scholarships, awards, building or endowment funds, etc).  Each donation will be made on behalf of both the Buyer(s) & ResidentialRebates.com. 

In order to ensure that the gift is properly allocated, we request that our Buyers provide us with contact information for the individual & organization that will be receiving the Cheerful Giver Bonus; the client should remit this information 2 weeks prior to closing.

NOTE: Cheerful Giver Bonus eligibility is void 30 days after closing date.

Donation Example:

1. Buyer purchases a $325,000 new home.
2. Buyer receives a Rebate equaling $6,500.
3. ResidentialRebates commission equals $3,250.
4. As a result, ResidentialRebates will allocate a $325 donation to the Buyer’s social service program of choice, from its commission split.
5. After gifting the donation to the Buyer, a net commission of $2,925 will remain for ResidentialRebates, while leaving the Buyer’s $6,500 Rebate untouched.
